November at DGH Neurodivergent Consultancy
November is a time of reflection for me. Summers are difficult and I often struggle with my psychotic experiences during those months. For that reason, the Autumn and Winter are when I reflect on those experiences and consider what they teach me.
I’ve had a decade of practice with this, but for many Autistic or otherwise neurodivergent people, there is little to no help out there. This is why I do the work I do, to be the person that I needed in the difficult times.
With that in mind, here are some of my upcoming or ongoing events, course, and services.
Upcoming Webinars & Courses
Tomorrow (November 6th) I will be recording the first episode of mine and Tanya Adkins new Q+A podcast Neurodiversity In Discussion…
For our first episode we will be talking about Monotropism &Lilipadding, considering how they relate to Autistic wellbeing, and how we might use this knowledge to improve our lives.
To register for this event, you can do so by clicking the button below:
Other than this, I have recently changed my ticketing platform Humanitix, a more ethical platform that donates 100% of their profit to charity.
Autistic, Schizophrenic, And In Drug And Alcohol Recovery
The first upcoming event after the podcast is my webinar on my personal experience of Addiction, psychosis, and psychiatric inpatient treatment. This is a talk I have delivered to NHS staff in secure psychiatric units and received wonderful feedback on.

Embracing Our Autistic Selves
I am running a 3 week interactive live course in January where we will discuss and learn about our Autistic identities. The aim is for people to come away with a positive Autistic identity while honouring and accommodating the challenges being Autistic can bring.
You have the option to purchase access to the whole course, or pay for the sessions individually.
If you would like to access this course, you can use the button below or become a Founding Member of my DGH Neurodivergent Consultancy Substack Newsletter
All ticketed events are in association with Humanitix. 100% of ticket profits are donated by them to.charoties tackling poverty world wide.

If you are on Facebook, you can let us know you are coming by responding to the event:
Mentoring Services
I am currently in full swing with my Mindfully Divergent Community program. The group uses a free WhatsApp community to connect with the option of attending fortnightly group support and Mindful Living sessions for £10 a session. You only need to pay for the sessions you want to attend, through WhatsApp is completely free. For more information, click below.
I am also offering 1-to-1 mentoring for children, young people, and adults. I specialise in Autistic people with complex mental health and burnout. I have nearly a decade of experience working with Autistic people, and worked as a specialist young persons mentor for nearly 5 years.
Mentoring has a guide price of £72 per session, I am able to offer discounts to people who are not in a position to pay full price.
Get in contact with me to discuss 1-to-1 mentoring and whether I’m the right person to help.
New Facebook Group For Autistic People
I have also started a Facebook group for Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people to connect and for me to share and keep people up to date on what I am offering. If this is something you would like to join, click the button:
Neurodivergent Pride Merchandise
In collaboration with Vijay Panchal I have launched two neurodivergent pride stores, one on this website
I have also launched a totally independent Neurodivergent Pride website which you can access here:
Purchasing items from my store helps give me passive income that makes my other work less intense. Dont forget to search for my books on Amazon and other retailers. My latest book is Unashamed Autistic which encourages pride in being Autistic in a world that tells us to be ashamed.
Remember to get a pause subscription to my substacks to support my work in an ongoing way. I am so happy to have the support of so.many of you.
