Mindfully Divergent: Our First Session

Today we held the very first session of Mindfully Divergent, an Autistic wellbeing community rooted in mindful living.

It was a powerful reminder of why these spaces are so needed. Autistic people came together to connect, support one another, and learn in ways that honour our lived experience. The session went really well, and I’m already looking forward to the next one!

Mindfully Divergent offers Autistic adults:

  • A supportive WhatsApp community for ongoing connection (Free Access For Sign-Ups)

  • Regular group wellbeing sessions with me as a lived-experience facilitator (Attend what you can, no obligation to be at everyone).

  • A space to share, learn, and thrive together

The Chaotic Autistic Peer Mentoring Program

Alongside group spaces, I also run The Chaotic Autistic peer mentoring program.

This one-to-one program honours the chaos of Autistic life instead of trying to eliminate it. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, your needs, and finding mindful ways to navigate life without the pressure to abandon who you are.
