Tonight is the launch of my three part course to explore our Sutistic identity Embracing Our Autistic Selves
If you would like to join, there is still time as the course does not start until 6pm UK time and runs until around 7.30pm.
A reflective, affirming space to explore Autistic identity beyond deficit, diagnosis, or external expectation. This session centres lived experience, shared language, and the slow work of unlearning shame. It’s about coming home to yourself in a world that often insists you should be someone else.
You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t even need to know who you are yet. Curiosity is enough.
The course is discussion based rather than relying heavily on a sideshow, with attendees encouraged to weigh in with their thoughts and questions.
Tonight we will be exploring the history of autism and how we have come to understand Autistic experience in wider society.
