December Autism & Neurodiversity Resources Update
December always feels like a soft exhale after a long year, a moment where the threads of community, creativity, and survival wrap themselves around us a little tighter. This month has been no exception. NeuroHub continues to grow into the vibrant learning space we imagined, and I’m endlessly grateful for everyone who has stepped into it with curiosity and heart.
It’s also the season where many Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent people need a little extra scaffolding. With that in mind, Jade Farrington has put together a free Christmas Survival Guide, now available on my website:
In a moment that still feels surreal in the most joyful way, I had the honour of writing the foreword for Emma Dalmayne’s new book. Emma was one of the first people who welcomed me into Autistic community, and having the chance to introduce her work felt like completing a circle of sorts; an act of gratitude, recognition, and shared resistance.
Articles & Podcasts
This month has been rich with new writing, new reflections, and new conversations. Here’s what you may have missed:

The Six-Point Framework for Supporting Autistic People
I released a detailed guide exploring a practical, compassionate, Autistic-centred approach to support. It’s grounded in my long-term work on monotropism, the double empathy problem, and relational safety.

Substance Use for Neurodivergent Adults Podcast
A deep, honest discussion unpacking substance use through the lens of neurodivergence, trauma, and unmet support needs — recorded as part of my new podcast series.

The Ecosystemic Model of Distress
This article takes aim at traditional medicalised framings of “mental illness” and instead offers a broader ecological lens; one that honours the social, relational, environmental, political, and sensory forces shaping our distress.

Neurodiversity In Discussion Podcast
Our live-recorded series exploring the complexities and contradictions of neurodivergent life continues. If you want a blend of humour, theory, honesty, and community in real time, this is the one to tune into.

NeuroHub Updates
NeuroHub has blossomed beautifully this month, a proper community hub, grounded in shared learning and lived experience.

The Learning Centre
Paid subscribers now have access to:
• previously paywalled webinar recordings
• exclusive resources and guides
• and in early 2026, access to the full Rewriting Autism course
NeuroHub remains the heart of everything I am building right now.
Purchase A Paid Membership Here:

Weekly Peer Support Sessions
Every Monday, we hold a gentle, welcoming Peer Support Session for paid NeuroHub subscribers.
Don’t want a full membership? You can drop in for £5 per session.
These spaces are hopefully becoming lifelines for many; a place to breathe, connect, and be fully understood.
Autistic Language Survey
My Autistic Language Preference Survey remains open, and your voice is invaluable. The early analysis has already shown some powerful community trends around identity-first language, rejection of pathology framing, and the cultural politics of words.

Mentoring & Mindfulness Services
I continue to offer 1:1 mentoring and mindful living sessions, drawing on work around monotropism, lilipadding, burnout recovery, and neuroqueer embodiment.
Whether you’re looking for steady guidance, grounding practices, or help navigating Autistic life in a neuronormative world, these sessions are shaped entirely around your needs.
